n8n Expert · Workflow Automation
I build the systems that replace ops headcount. n8n is my primary tool — paired with OpenAI, Anthropic, GoHighLevel, Supabase, and the Meta Marketing API. Production-ready workflows, no Zapier rents, no black boxes.
Zapier is a tax. Make is closer to the metal but caps quickly. n8n is open-source, self-hosted, and pays itself off in three months for any team running more than 10,000 task executions per month. More importantly: n8n is the only platform where you can ship a workflow with custom code, branching logic, and AI nodes without rebuilding the world in Python.
I've shipped 50+ n8n workflows in production for founders, agencies, and clinics. Lead routing, content engines, CRM sync, billing reconciliation, social posting, AI customer support — all on n8n, all on infrastructure the client owns.
Most builds fall into one of these shapes. Yours probably does too.

Inbound lead enriched, scored, routed, and dripped — without a human touching it. Replaces the SDR data-entry layer.

Six-platform content engine. Source the trend, draft the copy, render the image, schedule the drip. The AEO content engine I run for clients is built on this exact shape.

The plumbing layer that keeps four tools telling the same story. Every founder hits this wall around 50 customers — n8n is where you solve it for good.

The bridge between your custom GPT and the rest of your stack. n8n acts as the tool layer so the model can read and write real data, not just chat.
£800 — £2,000
One archetype, one outcome. Production-ready, documented, with a Loom walkthrough. Two-week turnaround.
£3,000 — £6,000
3 to 6 connected workflows. Hosting setup on your VPS. Versioned in GitHub. Most agencies and clinics start here.
£2,000 / month
Ongoing build + maintenance. New workflows every month, monitoring, on-call for breakages. For ops-heavy founders.
Self-hosted on your own VPS for any volume above 5,000 task executions per month. n8n.cloud is fine for prototypes and small teams. I'll give you a straight recommendation on the discovery call based on your volume and security needs.
Yes — Zapier and Make migrations are roughly half my n8n work. Most clients break even in 3 to 4 months on subscription savings alone. I'll quote the migration as a fixed fee.
Yes if you want — Hostinger KVM, DigitalOcean, or AWS. I provision, harden, and document. You hold the credentials. I never run client workflows on infrastructure I own.
Every n8n build I ship is versioned in GitHub via the official n8n CLI export. Daily DB backups to S3 or Backblaze. You get the runbook on day one of handover.
That's the goal. I record a full Loom walkthrough at handover, write a plain-English README, and offer a 14-day stabilization window for questions. Most teams are self-sufficient inside a month.
Tell me the workflow shape you have in mind. I'll come back inside 24 hours with a fixed-fee SOW or a clear "this isn't a fit, here's who is."
